Felicitations is within walking distance of Clanny House, University, Empire Theatre and Sunderland city centre near bus and Metro links to Stadium of Light, Durham, Metrocentre and Newcastle airport. Felicitations is ideally located for students and also for those students’ parents who may be in town for visits, enrolment and graduation. Because of our location we can benefit you and save on travel costs you may have incurred when booking further afield. The accommodation we offer is spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Felicitations has been freshly renovated and all bedrooms have adjoining private shower/bath rooms and feature tea and coffee facilities, hair dryers, alarm clocks and TVs. There is free on road parking outside the guest house. We also can offer you flexibility on times when checking in with prior arrangement.
