Located in the heart of Champoluc’s historical centre, our hotel is just 7 minutes walk from the winter ski lifts and perfectly placed for all summer hikes. We have 32 rooms with ensuite bathrooms complete with all creature comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our chef prepares an interesting and appetizing menu with both local traditional and national Italian dishes. We offer a selection of first and second courses each day complete with fresh salad buffet, local fresh cheeseboard and an array of home-made desserts if any space remains! We pride ourselves on our well stocked wine cellar with over 150 excellent local and national Italian red and white wines to choose from. Our cosy and intimate bar is a relaxing place to wind down after your day in the mountains and we offer free tea and home-made biscuits between 4.30 and 5.30 each day. On occasions, a little evening entertainment may be organised in the bar. We like to create a real “home from home” atmosphere, offering a touch more than your expectations. Four generations of our family have successfully run our Hotel Castor since 1907 and the 5th generation is growing rapidly!
